Before joining PCJF as a staff attorney, Sarah Taitz worked as a constitutional litigation fellow at Americans United for Separation of Church and State. Prior to that, she completed a fellowship with the American Civil Liberties Union National Security Project and clerked for the Honorable Allyne R. Ross of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the Honorable Kermit V. Lipez of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Sarah graduated from New York University School of Law in 2019.
