Tell Congress: Activism is Not Terrorism — End federal law enforcement spying on social justice organizing
The PCJF's multi-year investigation has uncovered and exposed the covert efforts of the FBI and DHS-funded Fusion Centers, as well as other law enforcement and intelligence agencies' abuse and misuse of their "counter-terrorism" funding and authority to target peaceful social justice organizing.
Based on these revelations, a coalition of civil liberties groups is joining together to demand that the Judiciary Committee investigate, and put an end to, these unconstitutional attacks. The PCJF is initiating a grassroots letter-writing campaign for people across the country to call on Congress to impose restrictions to stop this assault on democracy in America.
