The legal team representing the Water Protectors, who were violently attacked by police while protesting the Dakota Access Pipeline in 2016, filed an appeal in the case of Dundon v. Kirchmeier to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2022. This is the appellants’ reply brief in that appeal.
