The PCJF submitted the second report tracking D.C.’s implementation of policies agreed to in the Barham v. Ramsey settlement related to Pershing Park.
In the report, the PCJF asks for an Attorney General investigation into the deletion of electronic records related to then-Police Chief Ramsey’s involvement in the mass arrests at Pershing Park in 2002. D.C. on the other hand requested an FBI investigation.
