FOIA documents obtained by the PCJF show DHS-funded Fusion Centers used their vast anti-terrorism and anti-crime authority conduct surveillance of the Occupy Wall Street movement in 2011, including social media monitoring of tweets mentioning Occupy and the Fusion Centers.
