The Partnership for Civil Justice Fund Needs Your Support on 'Giving Tuesday'

The Constitution Can't Defend Itself

Wall Street and Corporate America have created the spectacle of “Black Friday” and “Cyber Monday” shopping frenzies.

Giving Tuesday, set for tomorrow December 3rd, is an alternative way for the American people to use their hard-earned money in support of change, in defense of civil liberties and social and civil rights.

Giving Tuesday is non-commercial. It is about something much greater than consumerism. It is about people and our communities. Each of us can reflect on the things that really matter. What kind of society do we want and what is our own personal responsibility in creating that world?

If you are participating in Giving Tuesday, please consider making an urgently needed contribution to help us defend civil liberties and personal freedom and privacy.

Your gift allows us to continue the ACT for Democracy Project of the Partnership for Civil Justice Fund.

ACT stands for Accountable, Constitutional and Transparent. These are the pillars to a democratic government that conducts itself based on the will of the people.

This is the PCJF’s powerful government transparency project that has unmasked illegal government spying and disruption programs that targeted peaceful protestors.

We are in the courts defending civil liberties, civil rights and standing up for those who engage in cherished free speech activities. We are organizing and mobilizing people nationwide who are hitting the streets and the Congressional hearing rooms and offices to let their elected representatives know that the people of this country want a truly accountable government that respects rather than tramples on the Constitution.

Your gift allows the PCJF to carry out this work and much more. Click here to read more about the PCJF’s other civil liberties projects.

All contributions are tax deductible. You can donate online or if you prefer you can send a check to the PCJF at 617 Florida Avenue NW; Washington DC 20001.

We want to wish you and your family the very best holiday season.

Warm regards,
